TicTease is a free-to-start couples game for two adults. You put in your two names, pass one phone back and forth, and each turn deals a playful dare that gets a little bolder at the pace you choose. Either of you can skip any card, per-player settings decide what is on the table before you start, and nothing has to be negotiated out loud. It runs in the phone's browser with no download and no account, and can be added to the home screen on iOS or Android.
