How do I install TicTease?

TicTease is a Progressive Web App. Open tictease.com in your phone's browser and choose Add to Home Screen (i/Safari: the Share menu; Android/Chrome: the menu → Install app). It then opens full-screen and works offline.

Do I need an account?

No. You can play right away without signing in — your choices stay on your device. An account is only needed if you want to sync your progress to another device.

I forgot my password. Can you reset it?

We can't. TicTease never collects your email, and your synced data is encrypted with a key derived from your password that never leaves your device. That means there's no way for us to reset your password or recover encrypted data. You can still create a fresh account and keep playing.

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't ask for your email, we don't track what you do together, and anything you sync is encrypted on your device before it reaches us. See How we handle data for details.

How do I delete my data or account?

You can clear synced data from within the app, or email privacy@tictease.com to delete your account entirely.

Billing and purchases

If you've purchased premium decks or features and something doesn't look right, email hello@tictease.com with the username on the account and we'll sort it out.

Something isn't working

Try reloading the app and making sure your browser is up to date. If a problem persists, email us a short description of what happened and the device and browser you're using — it helps us fix things faster.

Playing safely

TicTease is for consenting adults (18+). Go at your own pace, agree on limits up front, and skip anything that isn't for you. Nothing in the app is medical, legal or professional advice.
